Evangelism to the New World (Western Hemisphere)

Despite this turbulent time, many faithful Christians—both Protestant and Catholic—share a renewed emphasis on missions. With the discovery of the Western Hemisphere, Catholic and Protestant missionaries set sail to the New World to bring the gospel to indigenous peoples who had never before heard of Jesus.
